Shipping Policy

Order Processing
We ship daily from our Christchurch warehouse. Orders placed before 12:00 pm NZST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Fridays, or during weekends and public holidays, will be sent the next business day.

New Zealand Shipping
• Free shipping on orders over $50 NZD
• Standard shipping: $4.50 NZD
• Priority Pick & Pack: $10 NZD — skip the queue for faster dispatch
Delivery time is typically 1–2 business days (non-rural) via NZ Post’s overnight service.

Australia Shipping
• Free shipping on orders over $50 NZD
• Standard shipping: $9.90 NZD (estimated 2–3 weeks)
• DHL Express: $15 NZD (1–5 business days)

International Shipping
• DHL Express: $19 NZD (1–5 business days to most countries)

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to update.

PO Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or private bags. Please use a physical street address at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please email us at admin@toochitattoo.com with your order number and we’ll get it sorted ASAP.

Please note: Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, we are no longer responsible for any loss or theft. If you're concerned about parcel safety, we recommend choosing a secure delivery address or adding delivery instructions at checkout for a 'Signature Required' delivery.

Returns
Due to hygiene reasons most of our products are personal-use items and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have a specific concern please email us at admin@toochitattoo.com
