Shipping policy

All orders are processed on business days, same day when ordered before 2pm. (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders after 12pm Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Due to Covid-19 related shipping delays, some delays may be possible that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free shipping on all orders over $50.00 to NZ and Aus. Standard shipping rate of $4.50 for all other orders.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are not able to send to P.O boxes or private bags 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We are unable to accept returns of our tattoo numbing cream due to the fact it is a single use personal use item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
