Order Processing

We ship daily from our Christchurch warehouse.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00pm NZST on business days the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

New Zealand Shipping

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 NZD

• FREE shipping on orders over $150 NZD

• Delivery is typically 1–2 business days to most urban addresses via NZ Post.

Some larger, heavy or oversized items may incur an additional shipping charge. Where applicable, this will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been collected.

PO Boxes

We can ship most standard orders to PO Boxes. Some oversized items may require a physical delivery address.

New Zealand Only

We currently ship within New Zealand only and do not offer international shipping.
