Orders & Shipping
Once your order is placed, we aim to ship all orders the same business day if placed before 1pm, and the following business day when ordered after 1pm. Please note this excludes weekends.
You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details once your order has been sent.
All orders are shipped using NZ Post's fastest shipping service. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is fulfilled (which we aim for same business day when ordered before 1pm).
Priority Pick & Pack - Skip the queue and have your order prioritized for faster packing and dispatch
Oversized / Large Items - Please note we charge an 'oversized shipping fee' of $12 for some oversized items. These items will usually be sent in a larger box - this can add up to 2days to the shipping process.
Please note Rural Addresses can take an extra 1-2days for delivery.
For the fastest international shipping we are offering DHL Express Worldwide shipping. Estimated shipping times are 1-5 business days.
We also offer standard international shipping for a cheaper rate which is estimated at 2 - 3 weeks.
Feel free to get in touch if you have any specific inquiries on shipping to certain countries.
We are not able to ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags sorry - please enter a street address for shipping.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we sell we cannot accept returns / offer exchanges.
If you have any issues with your order please get in touch.
Once your order has been processed we cannot cancel your order.
We will only send orders to shipping addresses supplied on your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses supplied.
Toochi Tattoo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was not received, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost/stolen packages.
This means you will skip the queue and we will pack your order before the rest! This is a great option if you order mid morning / to mid afternoon as our warehouse can get backed up - and this will skip you to the front of the queue to the hands of the Courier! (Unfortunately it will not speed up actual shipment time frames, just packing)

AFTERCARE
Yes all Toochi products are cruelty free!
We don't recommend using Foaming Greensoap after your final wipe down of your tattoo, as it is a sterilizing product, it is not good for the healing process. We recommend switching to Toochi Super Suds for the aftercare process as this is nice and gentle on your fresh ink.

Please note that our Tattoo Bandages need to be applied to clean and dry skin - always wash off all Greensoap before applying your Infection Protection Bandages!
